Jan Santora-Farrar, MA, LMHC, is based in Edmonds, Washington. With over 35 years of experience in psychotherapy, she specializes in trauma recovery, particularly in areas of narcissistic abuse, chronic loss, grief, and the complexities of adoption reunion. Jan has earned degrees from Antioch University Seattle and the University of Washington. She is certified in Brainspotting and is a member of Brainspotting Practitioners, EMDRIA, ACA, and organizations specializing in recovery from coercive control. Jan has developed the concept of Chronic Loss which addresses ongoing, non-death related grief. She integrates practical spirituality and transformational coaching into her therapeutic approach.
